How do I Search for a Product ?

The most relaxing and enjoyable way to shop is to browse through the categories at the top of our web page, then clicking on items you are interested in by either brand, gender, design or by size. Alternatively, if you know exactly what you are looking for you can type it in our Find it Fast tool bar at the top of the page on the left hand side.

How to Return/ Exchange Products ?

You will receive a returns form with your purchase which will be on the back of your invoice, for a refund simply fill in appropriate box and return item to returns address in their original condition ( tags & packaging ) and we will refund the full cost of the goods. If you want to exchange for an alternative product please check our site to see if we have it in size, colour etc. required, fill in the appropriate box, once we have received your return we will send goods straight out to you.

What if exchange required is more expensive ?

You can either send us a cheque or call us with your card details for the difference. Alternatively if the product is slightly cheaper we will refund the difference.

How long will my goods take to arrive ?

First class recorded, expect within 2 working days. Next day delivery, guaranteed before 1pm. European Delievery, approximatley 5/7 working days. For all international orders expect approximatley 7/14 days. If you place your order before 3.30pm weekdays it will be shipped out that day.

I am not in the UK and do not have a Credit Card or Visa, how else can I Purchase  ?

It is possible to pay in your local currency (Debit card) eg Euros, USD, Yen.... If you continue through the checkout to the payment page. Here you can select your local currency or Paypal if you wish. If this is not convenient it is possible to pay via Bank Transfer, please email us at kelly@iboardshorts.com to get the bank details.

Do we have a Size (i.e. 34") in Stock / Out of Stock ?

When you have clicked on the boardshort your interested in, if you cannot scroll down on the size tool bar to size required then we do not have that particular size in stock. You can call or email us to see if we will be getting anymore in.

Can you tell me the Length and Waist size in cm ?

If you click on the size guide at the top of our web page it shows you waist size in both inches and cm, it also gives you a guide to the length of the boardshorts. If you require more guidance do not hesitate to email or call us.
