We aim to get your item(s) to you asap. All orders placed before 3.30pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Next Day delivery orders are to be placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday to be guarenteed for next day delivery. Next Day Orders placed on Friday will arrive Monday.
For all UK orders
Our normal delivery method is via Royal Mail Post Office Services. All orders are sent "Recorded Delivery" or Special Delivery so you have 100% confidence and protection. We Offer:

All Delivery Times are in accordance with Royal Mail Website and are a approximate guide, some orders can be delayed due to matters out of our hands which iboardshorts does not accept responsibility.
If you suspect your item is missing then first contact us at either kelly@iboardshorts.com or 01455 442783 and we will have the shipping date and tracking number with which we will help you to track you order. If your item(s) are deemed missing thenyou can make a claim for compensation via Royal Mail
Just fill in a P58 form. Availble online or you can pick this up from your local Post Office™, or by calling Royal Mail customer service centre on 08457 740740 (calls are charged at local rate). If you are deaf or hard of hearing, contact them on 08456 000606 (Textphone).
- Claims are processed within 2-4 weeks.
- Please remember to enclose your certificate of posting with your claim, if you cannot provide evidence of posting then you may only be entitled to the minimum compensation.
- If your claim is for damage or part loss, all damaged packaging and contents must be retained and presented to Royal Mail on request.

Goods purchased can be returned for an exchange or a refund if they are recieved at iboardshorts within 14 days after delivery to the customers address.
The goods should be returned in thier original condition (tags & packaging) and we will refund the full costs of the goods or we will happily exchange for an alternative size or colour. The customer will have to pay for the return postage of the goods and we recommend to send them at least first class "recorded".
All items are double checked before packaged but if an item is found to be faulty or wrong we will arrange payment for the return of the items.

Everything shown is in stock and available to buy online unless stated otherwise eg Pre Order etc. Simply select the item you wish to buy. Choose the Size from the drop down menu, increase the quantity if you would like more than 1, and click "add to basket". You will be notified that the required item has been added to the basket. You can then click the basket to review your order and proceed to the checkout.
