Wade cracked his inaugural Billabong Pro-teen series event win in Wollongong in early 2005, finally proving to himself and others that he can match his talent with contest results. From Wollongong, he went on to win an additional ASP Pro Junior Event in 2005.
In 2006 Goodall's last year on the ASP Pro Junior Series, but the Sunshine Coaster finished the year exceptionally.
Goodall entered the Billabong Pro Teen at Bell Beach an outside bet. Ranked seventh overall, few could predict what was about to happen, Wade exuded confidence to take, not only the event win, but also the series title, finishing the year as the ASP Australasia Pro Junior Champion
